Our corporate culture are mainly composed of four parts: Customer Focus, People-oriented, Teamwork & Pursuit of Excellence. We are always paying enough attention to the importance to the construction of corportate culture, which has led us to a great progress.

Customer Focus

Customer Focus is an aligned organization-wide approach to customer satisfaction and service, leading to customer loyalty and advocacy. The result is sustainable profitability. In a Customer Focused organization, Leadership, Processes and People are customer-aligned. This requires that:

1. Every action is shaped by a relentless commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations regarding product and service quality.

2. Customer touch points and supporting internal processes are constantly evaluated and improved to meet or exceed those expectations.

3. Every employee understands what he/she must do in order to maintain and add value to every relationship with both the paying customer and those within the organization that rely on them for the work they do.

People-oriented

We know our staff's strengths and talents and we place them in positions that take advantage of their positive characteristics. We, who understand and focus on the human element in managing, are most likely the true leaders within the police department.

We, who are also technically competent in our job, inspire our workers. Elecunited leaders are often the reason that people remain loyal to an organization. Great managers know what the mission of police work is and they know how to accomplish that mission. They also know that the key to achieving goals and accomplishing missions is the people they supervise. Unlocking the potential in each and every employee to achieve organizational goals is paramount in the mind of every great manager.

Teamwork

Teamworking is relevant to all industries, from manufacturing to the service sector, and it is very useful in small businesses. Teamworking involves working cooperatively and making use of individual strengths within a group to achieve a common goal.
Teams can be based around a particular product or be part of a process or service. They often cut across organisations' structural and functional divides and it is to an employer's advantage to try to recruit staff who work well in a team.

Teamworking can increase product quality, encourage product innovation and make team members more autonomous and accountable. The varying skills of team members can better support the introduction of new technology and teams are often able to adapt to differing customer expectations.

It can also boost workers morale, motivation, commitment and encourage workers to work collaboratively and share their skills and knowledge. As well as improving productivity, teamworking can maximise team members' strengths, improve delegation and reduce some levels of management. Teamwork is often introduced when costs are being cut and the workforce is being reduced, for example because of redundancies in a recession.
